Philippe Geyres rejoins Arteris board of directors

Veteran semiconductor executive adds industry expertise to the Network-on-Chip company

Paris, France — February 14, 2007 — Arteris SA, the leading provider of Network-on-Chip (NoC) solutions that address challenges associated with on-chip communications, today announced that Philippe Geyres will rejoin the company's board of directors, where he served from February 2004 to March 2006. Geyres, currently the Chief Executive Officer of Oberthur Card Systems, is rejoining the NoC technology pioneer after having resigned upon request from his former employer STMicroelectronics, where he was Executive Vice-President of the Home, Personal & Communications Sector.
