Jolene Bishop brings over two decades of experience driving HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, and global workforce growth to Arteris. Prior to joining Arteris, Jolene was Senior Director of Human Resources at Wave Computing, where she led all aspects of HR, including M&A integration, cultural transformation, and rapid organizational scaling. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at [24]7.ai, Ikanos Communications (acquired by Qualcomm), ARC International (acquired by Virage Logic), and GlobespanVirata, consistently serving as a trusted business partner to leadership teams.
Jolene holds multiple HR certifications and has completed Human Resources Management programs through the American Electronics Association and San Jose State University.
