MegaChips Selects Arteris High-Speed Inter-Chip Communications IP

SUNNYVALE, California – July 6, 2011 – Arteris Inc., the inventor and leading supplier of network-on-chip (NoC) interconnect IP solutions, today announced that MegaChips Corporation of Osaka, Japan, has selected Arteris’ IP solutions for multiple semiconductor designs.  MegaChips chose Arteris IP to support the high speed inter-chip communication requirements in next generation SoC products.

Arteris IP enables high bandwidth inter-chip communication at lower power, allowing mobile devices such as smartphones to extend their battery life and fixed devices to produce less heat.
