48 Arteris IP Engineers Attain ISO 26262 Functional Safety Practitioner Certification by exida

ISO 26262 safety certifications demonstrate continuing investment in state-of-the-art quality and safety processes to serve the automotive semiconductor industry

CAMPBELL, Calif. — February 21, 2018 — Arteris IP, the innovative supplier of silicon-proven commercial system-on-chip (SoC) interconnect intellectual property (IP), today announced that forty-eight (48) of its engineers have earned the title of ISO 26262 Functional Safety Practitioner by successfully completing in-person training courses and examinations by exida, an ANSI-accredited certification body that is also an accredited assessor for ISO 26262 compliance.

Arteris IP’s investment in employee training illustrates a commitment to creating a strong safety culture, which is a requirement for ISO 26262 compliance.

As current users of the Ncore cache coherent interconnect, we are excited about the technical innovation in ArterisIP’s new Ncore 3 IP. Enabling both the AMBA CHI and ACE protocols in the same SoC will allow for greater use of existing IP in high-performance systems.
